After experiencing another Medical Spa in the Cincinnati area, I was thrilled that Dr. Guzman was beginning hers! When I received my pamphlet in the mail from REFLECTION MEDICAL SPA, I could not wait to make my first appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guzman and have great trust in her! I knew that she would guide me in the direction I needed in order to care for my Health and Appearance.

At my first appointment, I was greeted by a VERY friendly and informative staff. The staff at Reflection Medical Spa explained everything prior and during my visit. I have been to your office on two different occasions, and have been treated so kind and accommodating by the nurses and the entire staff.

I am so enthused about the possibility of you and your staff being able to help me with some of the latest technology and treatments for my face, hands, and also my legs. I found it so interesting what can now be done without any surgery, as the nurses explained to me so thoroughly. I had a lot of questions which I felt they were answered so professionally.

I have already scheduled my first visit for my face. I have deep wrinkles on both sides of my mouth (which I hate). I have brown spots (I’m very self conscious of) and it is also very droopy. I’m only hoping that the new filler, RADIESSE®, which I was educated on, will help with these areas.

I certainly feel that you and the associates in your office will be very good at these procedures and I am re-assured by them that I will love the outcome.
